Notariskantoor Moerdijk is a law firm with both national and international clients. The firm is specialized in corporate law, (commercial) real estate, shipping and aviation law and notarial law. Under expertise you will find an overview of our services and a contact person for each legal area.
Unlike notaries public, their common-law counterpart, civil law notaries and deputy civil law notaries, are trained and licensed legal professionals with a Masters degree in Law (LL.M.).
Martijn Moerdijk
Civil Law Notary
Martijn graduated from Leiden University in 1998 and after having worked with NautaDutilh (Amsterdam Office) until December 2007 he moved to Curaçao, where he was appointed as civil law notary in 2018.
Fleur Schurer
Deputy Civil Law Notary
Fleur graduated from Utrecht University in 2018. After having worked with Loyens & Loeff N.V. in Amsterdam, she joined Moerdijk in 2019.
Guido van Wingerde
Deputy Civil Law Notary
Guido graduated from Leiden University in 2024, with a Master’s degree in notarial law. After working for a year at the Amsterdam office of Westvaer B.V. (then known as Hermans & Schuttevaer), he is based in Curaçao since April 2026.
Enrico van der Meij
Of Councel
Enrico holds Master’s degrees in tax law and notarial law. He has worked with the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration, Arthur Andersen, Coopers & Lybrand, and PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Netherlands and Curaçao. In 2007, he founded his own tax advisory firm. He currently focuses primarily on estate planning and advises the firm on matters relating to inheritance law and family law. He is registered with the Dutch Register Estate Planners (REP), a multidisciplinary association of professionals specialized in estate planning.
